My experience with Nicki and Susan has been excellent. They always attend to my needs promptly with kindness and caring. The previous staff were always out of the office and rarely responded to phone calls. It's really great to have such professional management.

The best management ever anytime I was an issue they are always quick to fix anything I need you will love it there from people to the apartment. Update Ms Nicki is amazing she is soo helpful and amazing I’m soo glad she is working with them I believe it’s the best thing they did was hiring her I love her 🫶🏼

Still a 5 star review this does our to the maintenance supervisor is always going over beyond the call.he is very wonderful with my dog. Carlos Esclante you are amazing service since you have worked here. I would also like to add nicki has always been a great asset helping with ant issues that arise. Lived here 12 years and have seen nicki as an assistant now as a property manager and she has made so ma y improvements after a major storm which has never been accomplished before. My window was destroyed during the even got it boarded up and fixed within 48 hours unbelievable never had this from any man ager R before. So I would like to add waist use of the pool for two years which we paid for that and she has it up and running in g in two weeks.so I'd like to say to all the former res6they are just discruntal the reality is I believe that she is a God sent so this day .moving forward as a handicapped personifying here I'm truly glad to be under her care. Nikki is awesome. I'm so glad she took over in the office. She is very polite and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend.
