Shauna in the office has always been very helpful and professional and has done a great job communicating with me about everything. And she puts up with me lol. Carlos and the team is killing it with the maintenance! Any issue I have had, he has fixed it quickly and cleanly. The whole team at the Villas right now is friendly and overall just pleasant to work with. There’s been a lot of change in the past and I hope this team sticks around a bit. The Villas aren’t the fanciest apartment complex but for this price range you won’t find a better place to live.

Susan is a baller. She helped us keep our rent at a good price and got us all settled in less than a week. Isabelle is pretty great too, very patient and a homie fr fr. 10/10 good spot. Quiet neighborhood, good location, good complex
