Work orders get done in a timely manner & liked how it's many different floor plans to choose from but my favorite reason for being here is Shawna!!! She don't play!! Absolutely the BEST ever. Hands down! She's very very kind. She's not rude or have ever had a funky attitude. From day one when I called about residency here til the time we moved in she's been the same. She cares about you and it's not fake!! You won't feel unheard with her at all. If you have any problems no matter what it is she's the one to talk to. Trust me on this. The only one who seem to care honestly. She's the reason we moved here and the ONLY reason we're still here!! She needs to be mgr not assisted mgr. Period

Thank you to maintenance Carlos and Carlos for helping me get my dryer and dishwasher fixed fast and professional thanks also to the office for helping me work out at time to get it fixed and completed

I've been here almost 2 years now and the new Property manager Mr.Robert and assistant manager Shanna are the Best!!!! very professional and on top of any issues that may arise good or bad! This community and Property management all the way to the matience crew have made me feel welcomed and happy to call this place home! Great job Shanna and Robert!!!!!!
