Finally we have someone with the best attitude... Nicki is AWESOME... very helpful, friendly and kind.. i stopped by the office to get some issue resolved and Nicki went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved eventho she was busy with other clients... I'm so happy that villas of rosemeade finally have someone great that is Willing to help tenants.. Also both maintenance guys name Carlos are super nice. Friendly and professional :)
Working with Nicki is a joy. So helpful and professional. Susan is also very friendly and welcoming.
Went and visited these apartments and they are Kool, the only things I didn't dig was the bathroom sink, and the single sink in the kitchen, everything else including the staff are good.
Update I'm so humbled that VORW gave me a chance,I ended up moving in and have no regrets so far. I recommend these apartments,but be upfront on what you want and need(my only regret so far) but fantastic staff. Nicki,Susan, and Kay Kay are THE BEST with a LOT of compassion and I also met the big big boss lady and she was awesome as well. Thanks again Ladies. Oh shout out to the friendly maintenance crew as well
