I have been living here since 2017 I have had a probably four different management but this one here have Bean the best property managers that I have ever come across in other places and in this particular place here you will not find them nowhere I do not want to move from here because they listen to the tenants they stay on top of all the issues that you might have in the complex when it comes to repair do changes this is not and this apartment complex just decent people we have a variety of mix white black Indians we all get along well and look out for each other I have met personally the district manager and the director of operation in any other organization these people you would not meet personally but here if you have a issue those ladies will get in touch with you and fix the problem or help you to fix the problem I love this place particularly Miss Susan the property manager and the assistant property manager Miss Nikki they are the best they are very patient and helpful this is from Luis Lawrence

Lived here for over 5 years, seen multiple management transitions throughout the years and the current management is the best yet. From the ladies in office, to current maintenance techs, couldn’t ask for better folks in those positions. Of course we get the best people now that I’m about to move out. Probs to current staff as of 8/16/24 - they’ve really turned this place around and are bringing it back to life.

When I toured the property Nicki assisted me and she did a great job explaining everything and made the process easy of what I would be getting if I were to move in
