Nickie, Susan, Jamie; since I have a resident in Dallas I have visited a lot of friends in this area, and I find that Villas on rosemeade is the most impressive conplex I have seen & the staff is very personable professional team I have encountered. I highly recommend this team and complex.
Nicki is a wonderful manager, sheâs done all she can, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests and made the move in process extremely pleasant
My fingers are crossed with this place (because my current place is a joke), but so far, so good!
I've toured close to a dozen apartments in the last 6 months because my current management is awful. Nicki and Jennifer have been super sweet and friendly and helpful. I was told Nicki has only been here for a few months, but she's so kind and seems to know all the residents, and if so willing to help that I thought she'd been there for years. I didn't get a chance to formally meet Susan, the manager, but she seemed to be pretty connected to the space.
I'm scared to get my hopes up, too high, but this place is giving me hope. The tours alone were 5 stars.
All I have to say, since new management and people like Nicki and Susan, Iâve never felt more confident moving into a new apartment. If you a single person looking for peace and actually looking to follow the rules and have pride in the complex you live in this is your spot.
