Update: I spoke with Nicki, the assistant manager, after receiving an alarming, out of place notice on my door after being on bed rest for 2 weeks.
I told her how scary that was for me to find when I hadn't done anything wrong and she immediately understood. She explained the entire situation, apologized for the mix-up with the notice, straightened it out, and made sure I had all of her contact information for any future issues.
She was so sweet and warm that I couldn't help but hug her. I may even bake her something! I really appreciate her professionalism, humility, and apology. Amazing customer service. â¤ï¸ Thank you Nicki!
